Our standard payment terms are for payment to be taken at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. If
payment by invoice has been agreed, the payment must be made 14 days from the date of the invoice or prior to

Standard Terms and Conditions
(1 ) Course booking
Bookings may be made by email, via the RBFRTL website or by letter or phone. However all bookings must be confirmed in writing by completing the online booking form which contains a form of indemnity which must be signed by a responsible person. Faxed and scanned copies are acceptable. Please quote purchase order numbers where applicable. Confirmation of your booking will be sent by email or post and include joining details. A VAT invoice will be sent separately to your accounts department.
In the event of a transfer to another date or event, the following charges will apply, dependent on notice given:Two to four weeks notice given – 25% of the course feeLess than two weeks notice given – 50% of the course fee
(3) Course Cancellation
Cancellation must be provided in writing and received by RBFRTL. If an occasion occurs where the client is unable to transfer the course the following cancellation charges will apply:Two to four weeks prior to the course – 50% of the course feeLess than two weeks prior to the course – full fee
Credits may be used for other products or services and refunds available on request. Unused credits may be used up to a period of 6 months
(5) Late arrivals
If delegates arrive late for a course, we reserve the right to refuse to accept delegates for training if we feel they will gain insufficient knowledge or skills in the time remaining. In all such cases, the full course fee remains payable. To qualify for attendance certificates, attendance at all sessions is mandatory.
(6) Unforeseen circumstances
If for any reason outside the control of RBFRTL and or due to unforeseen circumstances a course delivery has to be cancelled, in such circumstances we will give as much notice as is practically possible to the delegate, however our liability will be limited specifically to either a free transfer to another course at a future date or a full refund of course fees only
All course fees are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate at delivery.
(8) Employer Responsibility
It is the joint responsibility of the delegate or employer responsible to ensure that delegates are free from any condition or circumstances that would affect their capability to undertake their chosen course. Courses are delivered in English Language. In the absence of pre-qualification to join courses it is the responsibility of the person signing the booking form to notify RBFRTL at the time of booking of any special needs, disabilities or other requirements. If delegates do not meet the learning outcomes of the course and or assessment process we reserve the right to withhold the training certificate but will offer a free reassessment. Any further training or coaching over and above that provided on the course may be charged for.
